Thereafter - generally within 48 hours - you will receive our offer, which is based upon your wishes and requests. What we would like to know is:

- Your coordinates: how and when can we reach you?
We can assure you that only first class conference hotels will be offered. We are very careful about offering only capacities that correspond to your requested space, budget, region and style.
